Beautiful weather - where did the fish go?
It was even nicer today than yesterday - started off with some dense fog (but still warm) in Capitola, clear in Santa Cruz. After the fog cleared out it was sunny and warm all day with little wind.
Unfortunately the fish seem to have taken a vacation - nobody (including most of the party boats) saw much more than a few rock fish here and there. We saw one real nice olive come in and a few miscellaneous rock cod, but nothing exciting. Darn fish.
