Capitola: Oh - and the dolphins

Forgot to mention: we saw quite a nice little show to the east of the eastern kelp bed here today - a large pod of large dolphins charged past the edge of the kelp bed this afternoon - it was quite a display.

    Hi, is it ok to fish off the wharf now? I saw a posting that because pelicans have been killed or injured due to the fishing off of the pier, it was banned. I really would like to start fishing off of it again soon! Thanks, Carrie
