Capitola: Swell goes down - you know the drill

Josh just reeled in this 9 pounder just off the eastern kelp bed this morning on a white scampi. He swung over to the kelp bed in the shore boat and had it on in 5 minutes! Definitely a good sign. We have lots of boats out in Santa Cruz today - just a few here in Capitola. No word from Santa Cruz on the catch yet. |
