Santa Cruz: Lots of Lings at South Rock

posted at 11:23 AM in Fishing Reports |

A boat just came into the harbor reporting a bounty of lingcod off south rock today.

Also - Boccie scored big on anchovies last night off the cement ship. There’s lots of bait to be had in the harbor right now.

Did I miss a letter from DFG? Rockfish will go to the 30th this year, unless they\’ve said something different in the past couple days?

Allen - I see your point. I (the stenographer :) ) typed what I was told, so I don’t know where the notion of the change came from. I’ll check on that and clarify. A romp through the F&G site produced no indication of a date change.
