Santa Cruz: The finish line is in sight

Mark and lings
Here’s Mark with a couple of nice lings he caught using live mackerel off South Rock today. He jigged the mackerel this morning out in the same area using a bait jig. Just a reminder: rock fishing season ends on November 30th, so really there are only a couple of weekends left. This weekend is supposed to be summer like - maybe reaching into the 70’s - so if you want to get one last one in before the end, this weekend is probably a pretty good idea.
