Capitola: ONeil juice keeps on flowing

The good luck continues to pool around the water off O’Neil’s today. Here’s Colin with the 39.5 pound thresher shark that he just brought in. He jigged up some mackerel around the first kelp bed in front of the wharf and then headed over towards O’Neil’s. This one bit in 30-40 feet of water on a halibut rig with a live mackerel just on the bottom. And it was a 45 minute fight - awesome catch Colin! |
