Capitola: It continues to be about the worst time ever to be striped

Sheriff Larry and his son and brother Bill (pictured) have already tired (!) of the striper bite this morning. They fished shallow off New Brighton flylining sardines, and managed to hook two limits of striped bass by 9:00am. Wow. You may want to get out there and get in on it.
