Awesome news. The local kelp beds are kicking out halibut,brownies and assorted rockfish,even a few decent cabezon, the water temp is up a bit which always helps the bite as well as the swell laying down.
As far as the afternoon breeze,its better than roasting hot, you can dress in layers to control cold or wind you can’t do much about overheating.
Fishing is off to a good start and will get better.
Watermelon colored krocodile lures are a precious commodity right now.
