Capitola: Locals locals everywhere!
We have a whopping TWO pictures today! He almost does not need an excuse, but in case you’re in need,
“We were busy!” – Ed 8/21/2010 Jim hit the water early – 5:30am dark cold are you insane early. It paid off however – he caught these two fish by 8:00am and from what we’ve been able to gather he might well have highlined the fleet today. Which is to say: the radio was mighty quiet. He was fishing around the MO buoy – initially shallow and later deep. The first fish bit before light 80 feet down. After the sun started peeking out the fish went down to 200 feet. These fish are 9 and 11 pounds respectively. Nice catch Jim! |
