Capitola: The Only Boat Out Today, Unfortunately It Looks Like We Won’t Be Renting Boats Tomorrow
At this point, it looks like we will NOT BE RENTING BOATS TOMORROW. The combination of large swells and dense fog deems it too hazardous to take the chance. Oh darn! We’ll post if anything changes though…hopefully conditions improve for Sunday!
Matt and Jim are the only ones that Ed let go out today because the swell is so big and the fog is very dense. They caught these four fish trolling straight out in 65-75 feet of water. Two were caught on a downrigger at 30 feet and the other two were caught on a small Deep Six Diver, 60 pulls, using a red Hot-Spot with a white hoochie and a silver Apex on the Deep Six Diver. |
