Capitola: Steve caught three and released two.

Steve was fishing in front of the harbor 40 to 60 feet in the fleet, on frozen squid. Larry was fishing right by him and only caught one on Fresh squid. Another friend caught 5 in same area. |

Capitola: Mile reef, the only Halibut caught on this side.
