Most of the fish were caught off the bottom, fly lining squid didn’t work to many mack’s a tacks. |

Capitola: 44 boats in the fleet, and most caught fish.

Three of them were caught on live Mackerel three cranks off the bottom. Smaller mack’s were to find had to weed threw a lot of big ones. |
